Terms of Service

3.1Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of all wallet addresses, network selections, token amounts, and transaction details before confirmation. Any errors in input are solely your responsibility.

3.2Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including but not limited to: irreversibility of blockchain transactions, smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and market volatility.

3.3Maintaining adequate funds for transactions including network gas fees, which can fluctuate significantly based on blockchain conditions.

3.4Securing your wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases, and any authentication methods. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized access to your wallet.

3.5Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency transactions.

3.6Conducting your own research and due diligence before engaging in any token swap or transaction.

4.1Incorrect wallet addresses or recipient details

4.2Wrong network, chain, or asset selection

4.3Insufficient gas fees, duplicate submissions, or other input mistakes

4.4Failure to verify transaction details before confirmation

4.5Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified on-chain by AstralSwap.

4.6In certain cases — such as an incorrect recipient address, wrong network or asset, a delayed or stuck transaction, or funds sent before final settlement — you may contact support for review. Our team may, at its sole discretion, assess whether recovery or refund is possible and coordinate assistance with liquidity providers or other third parties. Whether any recovery is possible depends on many factors outside our control; any such assistance is provided without guarantee of outcome, refund, or compensation.

4.7Exercise extreme caution and verify all details multiple times before confirming. We strongly recommend testing with small amounts first and contacting support promptly if you notice an error.

5.1Network congestion, failed transactions, or delayed confirmations

5.2Blockchain forks, network attacks, smart contract failures, or related protocol issues

5.3Gas fees and transaction costs set by blockchain networks (variable, non-refundable, and outside our control)

6.1AstralSwap service fee — displayed transparently before each transaction confirmation

6.2Blockchain network (gas) fees — paid directly to network validators, not to AstralSwap; non-refundable

6.3Failed transactions — network fees are still consumed by the blockchain and cannot be refunded

7.1Losses from user errors, incorrect inputs, or misuse of the Service

7.2Losses due to market volatility, price slippage, or unfavorable exchange rates

7.3Smart contract vulnerabilities, exploits, or third-party protocol failures

7.4Blockchain network failures, attacks, or consensus issues

7.5Unauthorized access to user wallets or loss of private keys

7.6Technical issues, bugs, service interruptions, or any indirect or consequential damages. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk; you use the Service entirely at your own risk.

8.1Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Response times, languages, and channel availability may vary and are not guaranteed.

8.2After a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, support cannot reverse, cancel, or modify it on-chain, regardless of the reason for your request.

8.3If you believe funds were lost or sent incorrectly — including an incorrect recipient address, wrong network or asset, duplicate payment, delayed settlement, or a transaction that appears stuck — you may contact support for review. Our team may, where appropriate, help clarify swap status, determine whether assets might still be recoverable, and coordinate with liquidity providers, routing partners, or other third parties.

8.4Whether any assistance is possible depends on many factors outside our control, including: the blockchain and network used; current on-chain status; how much time has passed; whether the destination address is valid for the asset sent; internal policies of counterparties; and legal or compliance requirements.

8.5Any review or assistance is discretionary and does not guarantee recovery, refund, compensation, or a particular outcome. AstralSwap is not liable if recovery proves impossible.

8.6Contact support promptly after discovering an issue and provide complete information: order or transaction ID, TX hash, wallet addresses, token and network, amounts, timestamps, and relevant screenshots. Incomplete or delayed reports may limit what we can do.

8.7Support may also assist with platform use, rate and fee questions, wallet connection issues, and status updates for orders that have not yet settled on-chain.
